Question about Goal Ovens

I was willy nilly buying ovens I had never seen when I returned from a while without playing. I bought the hot dog cart and now only have 1 hot dog to cook as the other 2 are locked from goal. Does this mean I will never be able to unlock those dogs? :(

I am sorry but these recipes cannot be unlocked since the goals related to these have expired. They are available for the players that did complete the goals and unlocked them. Sorry about that.
