Neighbour requests not working

Hi my I'd is Kayhant, my bakery is goozoo, today I had 6 neighbor requests, as I went to add them, they all disappeared. Only one added, and now there not in my neighborhood tab. ?????

What's the deal there? And I also have experienced food go missing????
