531 - I'm the same. Also couldn't get 3 stars, only 1 star. Here is my lineup. Maybe if we all post our 1 star lineups, one of us might see a pattern and be able to come up with the 3 star solution?

I just passed 531 with 2 stars (yippee!) I used all bombs pals. If you have pals that are higher levels than mine, then you probably have a better chance of getting that 3rd star! Good luck everyone.

There Seem to be a bug on level 537 ( ill make a post on bug forum later). The second monster creates those stones that does huge damage when dropping to the bottom. However those just remains there at the moment. There is no issue with those that are there from the start

I've had the same problem on this level as well as 536. It seems to be fine with the first monster, but the second monster, those lava rock pals don't work at all. I would have won these levels a few times over had it not been for this glitch (also wasted precious lives, grrrr.)

Progress stopped at stage 539. I think this one is going to be as much a matter of making the correct choices for the first several moves as it is the lineup one uses. I would be grateful for some tips on the first move combinations. Here is the team I am using. I came very close ONE TIME, but am falling miserably LOL!

I used:

red 3 stone remover
white horizontal blaster
yellow vertical blaster
red bomb


It took many tries. try to dig down as fast as possile and hope your blasters and bombs are next to each other.

Thank you Click56! Your lineup got me through, but with the yellow bomb guy, not the line blaster (because he's higher charged for me.)

If you are in same position, please comment on my post in bugs and issues so storm8 will pay attention. On the other hand, if someone out there has managed to get 3 stars on this stage, I am sure we would all appreciate your help. TIA Emily

I have been playing stage 531 for weeks upon weeks and I have only managed to get 2 stars, as have my "extremely talented veteran peers". Storm8, please look at this stage as there has to be some bug in the scoring that is keeping EVERY SINGLE PLAYER from getting 3 stars.

I added a comment on level 531. I had to take a break, it was making me insane! Speaking of driving me insane: I'm still trying for 3 stars on 295; I go back when I'm caught up... It's one of those that I just can't get the third star on! :(

Thank you Dear! I've tried and tried with that lineup on 295, and can't get enough points. I went back and tried 531 a few more times, still no luck there, either.
I'm also stuck on 534. I can get two stars easily, but I can't get 3 for anything! I think it's the weird way that they "crowd source" the scores needed... As more people play, they have more data. If one person gets a really random high score for a level, that can skew the numbers. I know I've gone back and gotten 3 stars on levels where I had a higher score for 2 stars than I needed for 3 stars. That might be the issue with 531. If someone had the perfect setup, and beat the game with a super high score, it would make the score needed for 3 stars higher. That's all I can think of besides there might be another pal we don't have yet, that might give us a better score. Who knows? :rolleyes:
Until a new part opens, I'm going back and trying for 3stars on the ones I don't have... And they keep growing! :P
