can't send gifts

I've been playing on my galaxy s6 just fine last night but this morning, I've been having trouble asking neighbours for rose knob as the request part is empty and nothing loads..

It sometimes takes a while to load the neighbours list especially if you have lots of neighbours. You can also want to check your connection. Switch off your wifi settings and power off/on your device, modem and router if you are using wifi. And try to request again. Can you try to load your neighbours list under Social or load the community if it happens again?
