Floral Counter

I have my heart set on the floral counter which is unlocked in the May 2014 "Garden Glow" goals. Is there absolutely no way that I can ever get the counter? Someone please help! Much appreciated :)

If it's locked from past goals, they won't ever be available to you. You can try putting a suggestion to bring it back on the re-release thread.
