Sending gift to new friend trouble HELP

I have a new clue Bingo friend that I can't send gifts to. When I click the gift by her name the page with the gifts is gray so it won't allow me to choose anything to send. Any one have a fix? Judy

Sorry to hear that! Did you already send out three gifts for the day? You can only gift a max of 3 gifts in one day.
