Not receiving prizes for downloading games in goals

This has happened twice to me now, withFrozen Frenzy valentines and Jewel mania valentines. I download the games and it pops up at the bottom that I have completed the goals but then I get no follow up such as "cook any recipe" to receive the prize.
I also got the same goals in Farm Story 2 and recieved the prizes no problem in there.
