Thurston Question

I unlocked Thurston,made the sword but cannot seem to hook the helmet. Do you have to be a certain level to get it? I am not yet level 18..

Keep trying. I think it takes a few times.

The dialog in that goal window says just to keep trying until you hook something heavy...Good luck!
