I was having iphone problems so had to get a different phone, apple rep walked me thru saving files in itunes, sync off my computer to new phone and applications were there but when i open them they are all back to square one!!!!!!!!! I was on level 50 in bakery story,the same in restaurant story and the same in Farmstory I worked hard and spent money also buying gems for items to place on each and now it is all gone!!!!!!!! there has to be a way team lava can restore these! I have deleted before and redownloaded and got it all back so they have to be able to put it back to where you were. I would appreciate any answers
