Buy ingredients but dissapear?

I bought some ingredients such as sugar, beef and cream but dissapear after that? What's wrong

It's a syncing issue with the game and the servers. It happens to me mostly when just playing game from it already being foreclosed. But for a tip, before you leave the game go and visit some other people and go back to your restaurant to force a save.
