Snow Monster gone Missing!!!

Yesterday I completed the most recent Battleground and accquired the new Snow Monster. I put it in my tree to hatch, I woke up this morning and ther was nothing there. I dont not have the Snow Monster anywhere on my land, it is not in my album or storage and the Battleground states that I have completed it.

What do I do and can someone please help
