Can't open value pack

When I click on the value pack gift box, nothing happens. What can I do? Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to hear that! Could you try force closing and opening the game to see if it that will help?

Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling and then leaving the game on to see if the image will load?

I uninstalled, then game wouldn't reinstall. Panic! I had to update iOS before it would let me back in. Everythings working great now and I can open the value pack. Thank you for your help Sparkly.

Note to self: Don't put off installing iOS updates for weeks...
