How do I Transfer To a new Device

I am playing Fashion Story Young Love on my phone and I want to transfer to my I pad Please somebody help me with this I am not very tech savey Thank You Secret Closet I would be most greatful. I am playing already on my Pad and would like to finish the game I started on my phone there also. It is much larger and easier for me to see.
