Dishes went poof

I was in my game putting the recipes on the stove, like the omelette and the salmon dish on oven. For some reason it refresh right after I collected the board from the worker. Those two disappeared and I lost the ingredients to make them, so the total lost that I know of from this experience is four salmon, two carrots, four broccoli, two tomatoes and three eggs. I would like to know if this going get fixed.

Sounds like an out of sync issue. When coming into your game to play, give your game some time to sync up with the servers to ensure that any progress is saved on the servers.
I usually go visit a neighbor and come back to make sure I am synced up before collecting anything.
