i dont know anyone that plays this game so how do i get this quest done

You can go here (http://forums.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?93-Dragon-Story-Add-Me). You can also go through the Dragon Story threads and add people from there. Some people have their IDs as signature. Or you can take a look at other people's walls in-game. A lot of people write their ID on their wall because they want to get added.
