I agree, this one looks AWESOME! ;):)
But breeding it seems pretty hard, super rare and black/purple/blue... I've got a feeling next days a lot of Nights, Penumbras, Wizards and Corals will be bred, OMG...
Now to choose a good breeding couple... Because black splits so easily, I'll add 2 blacks in the pool (that worked pretty well for Moon!), so a black/blue and a black/purple parent should do it. Let's see... The only option in my case is Sorcerer and Thunderstorm. Thinking it over again, one of the parents could be Night as well.
For now the den is occupied till tomorrow morning, so I'll have the whole night to sleep on it, I guess :p

Edit: I figured it out already... Using single black as one of the parents eliminates Night from the possible outcomes. Using single black instead of black/purple also eliminates Night Elf! But I don't have Night Elf, so Thunderstorm and Night (or Lotus) will be my combo ;)

I really wanted the daydreamer too. It reminded me so much of that video game Nights my sister used to play, sort of whimsy if that makes sense. My mom got one, and I ended up with an 18 hour timer the very next day (that ended up being a waverider...><) But the design on this one is so freakin pretty! LOL

Still missing a peacock and a mistmoth here, at level 125...:p the combo I am using is diamond/azurite, as I don't have any of the hybrid combos available from it, and don't have a midnight dragon either. (so hopefully I can turnaround and make a fail into a flail! Happily flailing of course.)

Oddly enough, I seem to have more success breeding if I am missing a few of the dragons available from a certain combo, so here's fingers crossed for myself and everyone else trying! <3

Which combo did you use? If you used black, purple and blue, there is only one outcome with 18hours which is Deep Freeze :)

OhMyGosh! I just got 18 hours from azurite and Diamond! First try! Daydreamer dragon is expired. Deep Freeze Dragon is also 18 hours and what I was trying to breed! :-) either way, WOO HOO!!!

I have not been able to breed any of the limited time dragons since I started trying for Gift Wrap. SO excited!!! :-)

I'm thinking of trying Darkwing [red/black] with Coral. That gives me waaaaay more possible matches, including some incredibly interesting and valuable ones... but I could also get 20 or 25 hour fails with Magic or Penumbra, respectively. [Coral may be annoying, but at least it's only a 10 hour fail!]

From what I've seen jagger, you can get the deep freeze dragon breeding within the last minutes of the event (had it happen once with a different dragon, headless I think, and was shocked!). The fate of the egg is decided when you first breed them, as far as I can tell. :) As for when he'll take his leave, it should be today around 1:30-ish pm est (North Carolina gal here!).

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I got the Siamese and NOT the Deep Freeze. iT was just that I did not have either at the time. I certainly cannot complain getting the Siamese after so many others kept getting corals, winter, and other fails. I was happy to get the opportunity to download a game to get gold today. I actually now have a chance to buy it but I have to have my nest free and currently have a dragon from the Tales event. To get her off I have to wait or use gold which I do not have enough if I want to buy Deep Freeze. Hope my gold dragons lay down some gold soon. I really want this dragon bad and I am SOOOO close to be able to get it.

Note: I was able to speed the Dame of Darkness dragon with the two extra gems I had to clear the nest. My Deep Freeze purchase is on the nest. I just HAD to have him since this is one good looking dragon, IMO. I now have zero gems so will have to prod those gold producing dragons to work overtime.

Sped up that 14 hours this morning for 3 gold, of course it was another Seafarer :( (I don't have Illusion nor Night Elf). Then another 10 hours popped up and I did something I 'ultra rarely' :p do, I sped up the complete (Coral, of course) breed. Last try with Night and Thunderstorm is 17 hours, at least that means I'm going to have Midnight. But I'd rather had Deep Freeze instead of Seafarer and Midnight...

After trying various combinations, sometime yesterday I bred a dragon and wasn't sure what it was by the hours. After placing the egg, it was unlike any I'd seen, but didn't really seem to have the colors of the deep-freeze. Because I like to be surprised. I know I'm weird that way! I didn't look at any charts so imagine my surprise when I just hatched it to reveal the deep-freeze dragon! Just in the nick of time. Named it Bowie. Thanks for another beautiful dragon design.

Not sure if anyone posted the egg yet. 28531 I was thinking when I saw 18 hours that it might be iridescent since for some reason I thought that was 18 hrs - have a bunch of those so it really was a pleasant surprise and a very neat egg. Congrats to those who have bred it and hope it comes back around. Hope this makes sense, going on flu and no sleep.
