Did not receive gems

Down loaded clued of bingo, played game and returned to castle story to receive gems. Collected from a building and got message to say rewards would be found in my storage. But nothing. Gems are usually just added to Tatar as in all other games. I had 238 gems before I played clue do and still have 238. Can you sort this out. Play on a brand new iPad mini.
