Last Chance for Bernard the Owl

Hey guys and gals,

I'm getting the notification that it is my last chance to buy Bernard, but when I click "Buy" nothing happens! I have more than enough gems. If I go to click the X it tells me that, this is my Last Chance to get the owl. Anyone else have this bug? Anyone want to help me get my owl? Thanks!

Sorry to hear that. Can you restart your game and see if your owl is in your decoration tab or if your gems are returned? If you still get neither, please send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can check your game. Thanks.

I had the same issue last night. Bought gems so I could buy the owl. Every time I tried clicking Buy on the owl I'd see my gem count go down, but then nothing would happen. When I restarted the game, the gems would be back, and no owl.

Figured I'd just try again today but alas the owl is gone now.
