Since I lost my device I didn't play for a long time but now I got a new device but for some reason I keep getting bad Username or password but I can login to site with no problem

Sorry to hear that! You can email support@storm8.com (support@storm8.com) and they can transfer your games.
If you no longer have your old device, you can do the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

Yes I did sent an email but nothing happen. I don't have my old device and I don't why it just not accepting my account

I'm sorry but it normally takes 3 to 5 business days for an agent to revert to you. You should be hearing from them soon. Kindly follow up with your email and ticket number with them. Thanks.
