how do you get gift out it says its a constructable part

you have to own the stove (any appliance with a little hammer icon on the bottom). once you buy it, it will be on your floor as a cardboard box full of parts. when you tap the box, it will tell you specifically which ones & how many you need. if you've already collected them from these gifts people are giving you, you'll be able to build the oven that much faster.

but be aware not every part will be needed to build stoves; some of the parts went with stoves which are long removed from the game, but the part forever remains on the gift list. some players accept all the parts anyway, since you can't max out on storage and just in case one day S8 uses them again. some players prefer to play with neighbors who send current parts/food, since those are more useful (personally, i tend to weed out neighbors that send useless parts).

if you're new, you probably don't want a box you can't cook with taking up one of your precious appliance spots while you wait to receive parts. to save yourself the time, check this chart from the game guide: http://supremedynasty.com/s8/restaurant_appl_parts.php. find the appliance you're interested in, see what parts you require and check your inventory to see how many you have and how many more you need. then head to your neighbors' walls to politely ask them to send you that part for a couple of days until you have enough to build the stove. there's a mechanism to ask after you've bought the appliance, but like i said, then you have to wait while neighbors respond. having the parts ahead of time means immediate gratification!
