Optimal stock

What is the optimal stock amount in each market? Mine are currently as follows;

General store-4
Fruit stand -4
Dry goods-3
Bazaar-3

I have supplies to upgrade either 1) general store to 5 or 2) dry goods to 4

Which should I choose?

If this was me, I would choose to upgrade the general store because it seems like the main ingredient in these past 2 events have been in the general store and if they keep that path it may be better to have more in the general store.

I would go for general store as well; 1 extra butter and cream helps much more than it seems.
