Grape tart?

I got a plane order for the grape tart/pie looking thing, but don't have that as an option in my bakery. Do I need to be a certain level? And isn't it only supposed to give me orders for things I am able to make?

I found it. It's actually made in the kitchen, but when you tap it on the delivery screen it says it's made in the bakery. So still a bug.
