I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to play. I did the update and its still doing it I can't stay in the game I get kicked out and I have to uninstall the app so I can get back in the game. I had my IP check the line for me and they said it's a problem with the game because I am not having issues with any other game. When will this be fixed??

What specific device do you play on?
Have you updated your device to the most current software offered?
I am in same boat. I am on a Moto Rola Andriod, newest of their line and current software. Both the normal and valintine version close soon as I open last 2 weeks. I have sent in a ticket to support, but nothing yet.

It can take support 3-5 business days to be able to respond to your email.

I just lost 6 runes because of two, successive crashes. I close out apps throughout the day and usually only try to mine once per session--and yet the game has lag and crashes. No other app crashes as much.
