Easy, send an email to support@teamlava.com and let them know your ID now and what you would like it to be. Storm8 can help also, if you prefer but they are essentially the same.

I recently found out that there is no way to remove a Storm8 ID from their servers when you leave these games, which I found highly suspect, but they'll edit or change it for you no problem.
