Today I got the "Jackalope Frost" with spending 8 gems to win the final level. when I exit the game and then returned it was not in my storage but the gems already deducted :(:(

please help me how to get my Jackalope back?:confused::(

Do you have screen shots? You will need to email S8 but screen shots will help. Good luck!

I am sorry this happened! Try restarting your game or device , then check your inventory again.
If that does not work, you will need to wait for a reply from support.

more than 24 hours is passed but still there is no response! :(

I haven't received a reply from support either and I emailed on Friday. They must be busy.

Today they responded to my email and Jackalope re added to my account, thanks kooky panda & TL! ;)
