Obtaining a blue gem

I'm now at level 15, and only hit level 11 and started the current dragon tales yesterday. Looking ahead, I see I'm going to need a blue gem. I just barely scraped coins together to get a blue dragon. Who should I breed water/blue with to get a dragon I can trade and get the blue gem?
