Food is gone!!

Today, my food disappear 2 times.
The first is my Chicken Noodle soup and now BLTs too.
The Ingredients dissappear too... :confused::confused:

Sorry about that. Are you saying your food disappeared from your cookers or from your counters? Could they had been sold if they werent on your counters? Did you leave your game running in the background when this happened? Your game progress may not sync correctly if so. Try to start game afresh before you buy ingredients. Thanks.

I don't quit game, It's just reload and my food is gone.
And Gredients dissappear, not in my pantry anymore, and require time to buy :/
It's a small bug, but really anoying when i can finish disk for cruise but it disappears :(

Oh no, it is annoying when you couldnt finish for the day. I am so sorry this happened. :( For this issue, you will need to send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can check your game and assist you further.

It's day 3 so It's easy to finish, never mind :)
If it's last day, i will need your help lol ;)

Great to hear you will finish day 3 easily, phew! Thank goodness. :D

FYI I usually fresh start my game and let it settles for a minute before I start buying ingredients or load/serve dishes. This is essential especially during a cruise when I hate to miss out on the prize due to a "mis-sync". Have fun and good luck with your cruise. :D
