I've been semi-collecting user lingo, and wanted to share some of what I've found. These are terms outside of "official" game language. Feel free to add to the list.
Tip Farm - pertains to filling your restaurant or bakery with tables to maximize tip gathering ability; does not appear to be pejorative
Tip Volley - pertains to multiple tip "serves" between two non-neighbors
Drive-By Tipping - the act of tipping random community members without posting to their walls (esp. doing so as a way of attaining or maintaining a 4 star rating)
Cleared - refers to picking up all outstanding tips (usually used in response to "full" messages)
Stewed, Capp'd - send or receive stew (in RS) or cappachino (in BS), the most valuable gift items
Fly Pies - rotted food
Slang names for tips: pebbles, x's, 120/60 (depending on amount), sparkles
