Time reduction frustrations

Seems when I reduce time by an hour every time the game refreshes making this a waste of time doing as I use all them and still stuck with same timers as when I started quest outpost dragon breeding etc etc

I have the same video feature and mine does reduce by an hour. Try restarting your game to see if this corrects the issue.
