Problem with storm8id

Hello,

My storm8id doesn't work. I think it's joepy, but nobody can invite me?
Can anybody tell me whats wrong... Or what can i do?
Hoe can i get another id?

The title speaks for itself, but I lost my iPhone and got a new one. And instead of starting at level 57 where I was, I'm not starting over. And when I try to re-enter my storm8 id it says it's taken... well of course it is! Why can't we just log in with our storm8 id when we have a new device?! I love this game, but I REALLY don't want to start over.
