Water Garden or Alpaca?

So I'm about 2 spaces away from both the Alpaca and Old Jeb's Water Garden. I'm having a little trouble deciding which one to go towards. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say, go for the Alpaca, but that's because I feel kind of sorry for it, stuck out in the "wilderness" by itself, and wanted to bring it into the farm as soon as possible (which is why I unlocked that first as soon as I had the expansion parts to reach it).

However, in terms of financial value, the Water Garden would be the better choice, as it provides access to the Sushi Shop (though you have to buy and build it) as well as a new bait, higher level fish, and new crops, some of which sell tolerably well in the newspaper.

Thanks! I think I'm going to head towards the water garden. It's cute that you feel bad for the alpaca lol. I guess mine will just have to play by himself for the time being. :(
