Bought commercial oven and then it disappeared!

Not sure if there's any thread with similar issue, so i'll start a new one...

There has been many bugs with this game, but this has been by far the worse when the commercial oven i bought with my hard-earned 95000 coins just disappeared while i was waiting for it to be ready! Omg can anyone help me? This happened on 11 jan 2016 and i have wrote in to storm8 but hasnt gotten a reply yet and hasnt seen my oven returned to me :(

I have a screenshot when i was waiting for my oven to be ready... But its gone ever since....

Boohoohooo what should i do?? :(

Try restarting your game to see if the oven or coins come back.

Oh i see.. Ive already restarted my game many times and even redownloaded it on another phone, no oven or money back yet. I will wait for their reply then, thanks!!
