I'm playing on an iPad and got the update ok. There wasn't a pop up for it so just check the design tab. There should be a new oven in there. If you have all of the ovens out then you'll need to put one of them away to check for it. There's also a wall decoration and some floor decorations. They should be there. If not check that you have the most up to date version of bs.
