for example I have a goal which is to get a sweet co table but I can't because I need to complete a goal to get the sweet co table and this happened with the sweet co trees as well!

When you are doing goals. Sometimes you will have to chains running so like in this case, check the other chain of goals. There is a specific goal you will need to complete first.
