locked by expansion??

I have just reached the 5th stage of the task 'Rich in flavour' where I am told to learn/serve the prime rib and lobster thermidor. Unfortunately, when I go to cook the dishes I am unable to as it says that it is locked by expansion. Surely that should be unlocked? I am level 36 so I have been able to unlock quite a few dishes, but not them. Anyone willing to help? Has anybody had the same problem?

These two recipes require you to be at expansion 9. Check to see what expansion you are on.

Prime Rib - Expansion 9 (min level 35)
Lobster Thermidor - Expansion 9 (min level 35)
