No Upgrade parts from deliveries for past week

I'm at level 61 and for about the past week I have not received one Old Map, Expansion Permit or Land Deed from plane deliveries (I do get the pick axes, shovels and saws). I am trying to expand my farm and I'm needing the Old Maps so I've been really paying attention to my numbers and watching what I'm receiving and there has been nothing. Thanks for your help!

Expansion parts will be harder to come by as you level up. Just keep sending orders and you should get some! :)

Thanks but something just doesn't seem right. Up to this level I have been regularly receiving expansion parts from deliveries however this past week I have been sending a tone of deliveries with zero upgrade parts. This change in receiving parts is drastic, yet for the past 60 levels the delivery drop rate has been quite consistent.
