I recently purchased gems and never received them although my ****** account has been billed the purchase was for 250 gems and cost ?7.99.
Prior to this I accidentally made a purchase to bill my ee account for 250 gems and cost ?7.99 I wish to cancel this purchase if it has gone through I have not received gems and have not been billed yet for this accidental purchase.

I have emailed support@storm8 3 times since the 31st of December about my issue I have discussed in:

I have included transaction receipts and full descriptions of problem etc but I have not had a reply how long does it normally take for an issue to be resolved?

It is the weekend (Sunday) here in the U.S. so no one's around until Monday (Pacific time).

Hopefully, within the next 24 or so hours, you'll get a response.

Usually, you get an immediate automated response. It will tell you when to expect a reply. It was New Years so likely closed early on Dec. 31 and then no one working Jan. 1 or the weekend.

It can take 3-7 business days for an agent to respond. This week has been a US holiday and there is limited staff on.
