Lost leveles during integration to apple game center

Hi,

Today, cupcake mania was integrated to my apple game center. Then when I connect to the game, it starts to the lvl 1. I was on the lvl 594. When I go to this lvl, I see it "colored" as I can play but when I click on it it says " you must unlocked the lvl before play this one" (or something like that). Once I got a popup for choosing between "game center profile" with lvl1 and "guest profile" with lvl 594. I choose guest one. But now when i want to come back on the game I don't have this choice anymore and can't play on the lvl 594....

What can I do to fix that?

Sorry to hear that! Can you please let me know your current Support ID on the level 1 account you have? You can locate this in your Settings menu.

So that's why I went from level 300 something back to level 1! Oh well, by now I've worked half way back to where I was however I do have an issue.....I used to be able to watch videos for gems and tickets however lately I'll get one, maybe two videos for gems or tickets before I get the "oh darn,video failed" message. Today I'm not even getting the option to watch any videos at all! �� I'm going to lose my rating w/o the ability to get those 10 extra tickets a game by watching a video! Just me or is this happening to everyone? Thx.....

Also lost all levels. When prompted for fb or guest, I don't have an fb account, so I use guest, took me back to level one when I had previously reached level 255

Can you try to login to your Game Center to recover your game?

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID
4. Restart game
