Bonuses on Android

Why do apple users get bonus games where you can earn gems but android users don't? There is currently a bonus where you need to complete a phrase by earning letters but android doesn't have this feature.

Promotional feature are different for the platforms. Androids have in the past received gems for downloading other games.
