Wait - collect the items needed to craft the Imp dragon but

Sadly I think not. As far as I know you have to start crafting before the dragon expires.

If you have the 99 pieces you can send an email to TL and ask for the dragon, normally TL is comprehensive when it comes to these things, last minute pieces and the game just loads whenever it wants and we cannot craft it anymore when we have all the pieces. Here's the email - support@storm8.com

Oh I am sorry! I would suggest that you email support as Cocauina suggested. It cannot hurt!
