All the coins, bags, and crates in my game are GIANT! There are massive Galaxy looking glitches all over my kingdom... During a timed event! I can't even play the game right now.

Have you tried to reinstall the game? Reinstalling usually fixes display issues.

Yes, as plby mentioned, reinstalling the game should fix this issue. Let me know if it doesn't. Does this tend to happen after a certain action in the game?
