unable to load pictures of certain items

I am unable to load the pictures of certain items (whether food/ decor). Last event, it was the fall harvest planter, then now for the xmas event, I am unable to load cooking items e.g. baked ham on the commercial oven.

I have no picture of my 'wooden aging barrel' and when I serve my wines, there is a blank placemat on the counter. I can't load green grapes either.

Is anyone else having this problem? I have updated my iOS.

Hope you help me solve this problem that has been plaguing me for several months now. One of the best things of RS2 is the cute animated items! I miss seeing them.

Can you download IOS 9.2 and RS2 Christmas edition v1.8 and see if it works? Do ensure you have good cellular connection. Thanks.
