This just popped up for me. I was able to watch two videos and get (2) Gems.

Lucky you. Don't buy any gems cos they take it away when you do!

Just keep getting the free ones.

Looks like this just changed this today. I was getting quick serves and now mine has also changed to gems.!

Note: The TV Icon is currently only offered to some players , not everyone will have this feature.

I watched 3 video's, but the gems are not adding up... I see the animation (receiving one gem after watching the vid), but the free gem doesnt add up :(

I've never seen an ad that has given quick serves before and Is this for players that have spent money to buy gems?

Lo and behold I forced closed my game and it's back won't hold my breath though but appreciate it!

Spoke too fast gems didn't add on after watching the videos.

This showed up for me today too. But the gems you earn don't actually apply to my total.

Gems aren't adding up. My game is so glitchy right now! I can't ask my Facebook friends for quick serves and all my food cleared from my counters (at least I got the money)

Mine gems did get added to my total. Try force closing your game to see if they add.
Note that add to your total before you close out the screen.

If you are still missing the gems, please send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can check your game.

I screen capped my game 5 minutes before I watched the video. Same gem count.

I opened a ticket �� my game has been glitchy on so many different levels lately. Oh well.
