I don't know who that player is. But I do remember few players who were LVL 100 were moved back to LVL 99 a while back, storm8/Lava said this was last level and made it impossible to reach 100.

Posting someone's storm Id without their permission is against the privacy rules. I can tell you that there were some players that did reach level 100, but since reaching level 100 is not part of the game design, their games had issues and I think support had to go in and take their games back to the level cap of 99.

Closing thread since post has been answered and thread has gone off topic.
