Castle story problems

Hi has any one else been having problems with the expanding your kingdom. I have lost two new expansions after all my hard efforts to make the required items. I cannot get them back. Does any know how to get then activated again. I need more space. Also when we the level 50 be increased. I have been on this for over two years.

Currently there seems to be some issues with the expansions.

Level 50 is the level cap for the game.
