Gem dispenser missing?! [Archive]

I hit my gem dispenser this morning. Now I was going to do it again n it disappeared!!!!!!! What the heck?! Anyone else have this?! Forgot to mention it's on my touch 4th gen. I was signing in on different device today as well. N it goes into processing mode once in awhile while im playing. But I still have my bakery one. Thnx

N yes, I've contacted team lava see what they say.

Try restarting your game to see if it comes back.
If not, a support agent should be responding soon.

This happened to me also. Yesterday (12/09) my gem dispenser disappeared right after I put up the new wallpaper. I thought it might have gone into inventory but it's not there. I sent an email to Storm8 help but no answer so far. Please help.
