You cant restart. To get coins start tipping as many restaurants as you can, and check back regularly to collect tips left in your restaurant (each tip is worth 20 coins to you). Also, serve up gifts sent to you by neighbours, and finally there is a daily bonus (you will get it once a day when you open the app). With a bit of effort and patience you will be going again in no time.
