Quick serves for ad watching not for all?

Is this just for select few? I've been getting these on my one restaurant but not the other. Is it a coincidence that I don't get them on the one I spend money to buy gems for? thanks for your help. Sure would love these on this account as well.

Mine disapleased after buying gems so I will say you are right about that.

It's also just a beta testing thing I believe so something not to worry too much about as not set in stone.

Well I get it on both devices for all of the other games offering it but not the one I currently spend gems on. How interesting.
