i have a bundle being offered, lanterns , money , and 3 expansion permits....for $19.99.... regular $80.00!!!!

thats pricey!!!!???? wouldnt it be cheaper to buy gems and use them to skip the expansion permit on the plot.. ( 250 each skip) ????

says total bundle is worth $80.00 lol ( just....no )

talk about high society !

i really was looking forward too a sale like this , but at 20.00 a click....i will pass.

Lol! I rarely do a double take anymore with this game, but that is just hilarious! 🙄

** sorry, it is 100k gold, not 10k as I stated the first time. So the discount is roughly 29.2% instead of 24%.

Yup, that's how I felt about their sales too. It is never anything close to a truly 75% off.

lantern = 15 gems if you do a skip on map
permit = 250 gems if you do a skip on map

so

15 * 15 = 225
3 * 250 = 750
100000 gold = 84 gems

total = 1058 gems

For $20, you can probably buy 750 gems (slightly more) when it is on 30% sale.

750 / 1058 = 71% = 29% discount

Well, you still do get some discount (29%), but no where close to 75% as advertised.

But 29% is still better than none if you need it.

thanks for that breakdown . i kinda felt like it was SLIGHTLY discounted, but skipping to me seems to always be more cost effective if you were going to skip. :)

i still have like 7/8 plots to get and i am a level 50 ( lost my game after a update and took forever to get it back ) but now i am playing the catch -up game lol.

excited anyways about expansions , we all can use the after we get bombarded with decorations and buildings.

next stop is raising the energy to 50 ( 10 per level ) because frankly we have ALOT of work to do as we have soooooo much stuff out anymore lol.

I think that up to 50 would be sooo helpful, just a few more things around, I second this! Then again I do have a lot of energy resources on my board (not nearly as many as the players with a million alicorns lol) but I can't complain too much and did get my first ali for fun during black friday :)

Yup, I think increase the energy cap will be extremely helpful for high level players.

Because of the amount of works and the limitation of energy (cap), I somehow felt this game actually punishes loyal old players.

i have 10 or 11 alicorns , and between all the crops, petals, animals, trees for wood ( grumble ) and tapping my wizards , i still need more.

my system is to only tap one alicorn a day so i can KINDA beef up the supplies......but still....more....work.....too.....do.....
