Restaurant story won't open

I have for the last week been trying to open restaurant story2 I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it again and again. It still won't open. Not sure if there is another link to download the game without this issue. I have gone on the Google play store and downloaded it from there but it's still the same problem. My storm id is lillysage01.

Have you recently upgraded your OS or changed devices? What happens when you try to open the game - does the game crash or do you get stuck at the loading screen?
